Foot Loaf: Meatloaf shaped like one large foot
Preheat oven 375*
2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion (cut and reserve for bone and toes)
½ tsp. ground pepper
¾ cups quick oats
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion powder
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
Mix all ingredients together (except glaze, that’s separate.)
Line your baking dish with foil
Place your mixture on the foil and shape into a foot… yep I said a foot.
Try not to create too tall of an ankle, the meat wont cook evenly.
Take your small peeled onion and cut about ¼ inch and shove into the top of the ankle which will
Look like a bone.
Square up a few slices of onion for the toes as well.
Mix your glaze topping and spread across the onion and a toe or two
Cook for 1 hour
Let cool then cut and enjoy, serving a Halloween family of 4-6
